Lesson 3 – Add and Set up a Page

One of the most useful activity modules in Moodle is the page.


Lesson 4 – Add Content to a Page

Once you have a page module set-up, you can start adding content to it for your students.


Lesson 5 – Embed Videos into a Page

A great way to enhance you lesson is to add multimedia content such as videos. In this lesson we’ll learn how to embed YouTube and Vimeo videos into our lesson.


Lesson 6 – Add a File

The file module let’s teachers upload documents such as PDFs, Word Documents or PowerPoint Presentations for students to download.


Lesson 7 – Add a Lesson

The lesson module can be described as a collection of pages. But it offers us so much more functionality. In this lesson we’ll learn how to add and customize a lesson.


Lesson 8 – Lesson Settings

In this video we’ll take a look at some of the settings for the lesson module.


Lesson 9 – Add a Discussion Forum

A forum is a great way to encourage collaboration and support between students. Students can ask questions and get help from their peers or their teachers and these questions will be stored for other students to benefit.


Lesson 10 – Add a Label

So far we’ve been able to create beautiful activities and resources for our students but our course page still looks a little bland. The label module allows us to add content such as text, videos, tables and much more directly onto our course page.


Lesson 11 – Add a Glossary

The glossary module is great for any course but can be exceptionally useful for learning languages.
