The InnovateHER Digital MBA program is a 1 year, high intensity incubation program designed to empower South Africa’s women.

As a part of the program, 120 young females from across the country will be taken from ideation all the way to running a successful startup. The InnovateHer program is built on an accredited 1-year qualification in small enterprise development that is designed to equip budding entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge needed to start and run a business, making use of technology to improve efficiency and reach a larger market. This is delivered in conjunction with 1-1 mentorship and guidance to provide each participant with the greatest chance of success.

By leveraging the skills and mentorship embedded in the InnovateHER Digital MBA program, 120 South African female youth will be able to identify and tap into business opportunities, launching tech savvy businesses that will go a long way towards eliminating poverty. With the success of similar projects in the past, we are scaling this project nation-wide with a focus on bridging the gap for Women in Tech and  Entrepreneurship in South Africa.
