IT varsity’s Placement Support
Upon completing their courses, IT Varsity graduates are supported in finding employment through partnerships with industry players like Youth@Work. Once a week, on Wednesdays at 11:00, there is a Zoom contact session, where:

- Students are given a lecture on a new concept that is not covered in the course.
- Students can speak directly to their lecturers and ask questions.
- Students get exposure to guest speakers from industry, who provide mentorship and guidance.
- Entry requirements: grade 8 with basic computer literacy and fluency in English.
- Time requirement: Between 60 and 90 minutes daily. This includes learning, projects and assessments.
- Hardware requirements: an i3 or i5 computer (or equivalent)
- Internet: fast internet capable of streaming videos, around 5Mbps.
