Please help, we downloaded the image file but can not open the file. A pop up message appears to say our free trial expired and we have to pay to continue. Please assist we stuck on lesson 5

What software are you using to unzip the folder?

Try right clicking on the folder and clicking on “Extract Here”.

There is no option to extract here same problem appears until now. We refreshed as well

This message is probably coming from a file compressor you have installed (WinRAR, WinZip etc). Try uninstalling any compressor software you have installed. Then right click on the zipped folder and you should see the option “Extract All”
